We must receive your return within 7 business days after receiving your order to be eligible for a store credit. International orders are allowed 30 days.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, no damage, and original box.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Also include pictures of damage in the email.
